BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder and creative strategist of Creative Gravity Social Media Agency. We are a women-led social media agency, specializing in social media marketing, management and training. We help businesses of all sizes authentically and organically promote and grow their brands online, and convert their followers to clients.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Snipes Design Agency, and what were your goals?

I shifted from freelancing to establishing an agency that not only catered to small businesses but corporate brands, too. I outgrew my old branding and did not feel as though it represented my evolving brand or the audience that I was targeting.

How did you select this vendor?

After reviewing multiple portfolios of graphic designers, I ultimately chose SDA because of their bold designs and the fact that Casey is also very much a brand strategist. She makes it a point to create branding that accurately represents your goals and will last at least 5 years.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

To start, I was sent a Brand Workbook that asked me several of the common questions, colors, inspiration, desired fonts, etc. But then the book took me through a deeper dive into my goals and vision for the next 5 years and beyond. I then had a 1-on-1 call with Casey to discuss my answer in detail. She walked me through each question and even helped me flush out some of the thoughts that I was not completely clear on.

After this meeting, Casey developed two mood boards for me to review. I selected one of the mood boards that I would like to proceed with and was sent two logo and sub logo designs to move forward with. I was able to suggest edits to the final but didn't need to as they were perfect. I was sent a final brand package complete with custom fonts, colors, logo, sub logo and pattern. It was a seamless very streamlined process.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked with the account manager, Sasha to get started. She sent me the workbook and scheduled my 1-on-1 with Casey. For the rest of the process, I worked directly with the owner, Casey.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Because of this project, I was able to raise my pricing by over 30% and target larger organizations. I have since signed several corporate clients which was not the case prior to my rebrand. I am able to charge what I am worth because I am attracting the right audience now.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We communicated by phone for the one-on-one call, but all other communications were via email. Casey often checked in and gave me updates on the project and replied promptly to any questions that I had.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I feel Casey truly cared about elevating my brand and making my vision come true, which she did. Her creativity is unmatched.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at all. I am beyond pleased and I highly recommend Snipes Design Agency. My rebrand was worth every penny.
