The scope of work for ZaynFi focused exclusively on developing and deploying a robust DEX Liquidity Provisioning protocol.

Key Deliverables:

#1) Smart Contracts for Liquidity Provisioning and Farming:

SnarkLabs developed smart contracts to support advanced liquidity provisioning, including mechanisms akin to Uniswap V3’s concentrated liquidity, along with an off-chain rewards mechanism distributing rewards every hour.

#2) Front-end Application and Analytics:

They delivered a highly optimized front-end application built on Next.js, fully integrated with the liquidity provisioning contracts. They also developed subgraphs to index on-chain data, enabling real-time analytics for metrics like daily trade volume, TVL, and pool performance.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• No critical vulnerabilities were detected during the auditing of the smart contracts.
• The front-end achieved exceptional performance benchmarks, including fast loading times and a seamless user experience, and passed QA and beta testing.
• ZaynFi experienced strong user adoption, with growing activity in liquidity provisioning and trading volumes.

SnarkLabs employed an agile project management approach with two-week sprint cycles, daily check-ins, and weekly reports. Deliverables were consistently completed on time, with minor delays only occurring when additional feedback or enhancements were required. Their team was highly responsive and adept at integrating new requirements into the development pipeline, ensuring a smooth collaboration.

Are there any areas for improvement or something SnarkLabs could have done differently?

SnarkLabs performed exceptionally well overall. However, expanding their offerings to include UI/UX research services would reduce our reliance on external teams and streamline the development process further.

I’m the director of Nawa Finance, an ethical and Shariah-compliant DeFi protocol offering auto-compounding vaults and liquid staking for Bitcoin assets on the Core Chain.

What challenge were you trying to address with SnarkLabs?

We needed help developing an end-to-end DeFi protocol — from audited smart contracts to UI, backend, and wallet integrations.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SnarkLabs was responsible for the end-to-end development of Nawa Finance, our ethical & Shariah-compliant DeFi platform. Their work spanned the full product lifecycle:

• Architecture & Security: Defined system architecture, security model, and blockchain infrastructure.
• Smart Contracts: Designed and deployed secure, gas-optimized Solidity contracts for trading, staking, governance, and fee distribution, with full unit and integration tests using Hardhat.
• Frontend: Built a responsive DeFi UI with React and Tailwind CSS, integrating wallets (MetaMask, WalletConnect, Coinbase Wallet).
• Backend: Developed a scalable Node.js + PostgreSQL backend, plus REST APIs for order execution, transaction tracking, analytics, and system monitoring.
• Deliverables: Fully audited smart contract suite, complete frontend with Web3 wallet support, backend + APIs, technical documentation, and post-launch support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We built Nawa Finance from scratch — from architecture, development, and audits with SnarkLabs to mainnet launch. We’ve already surpassed $11.27 million in total value locked (TVL) across our auto-compounding vaults and liquid staking products. It only took two months to reach that TVL.

How did SnarkLabs perform from a project management standpoint?

SnarkLabs delivere on time. We primarily communicated through emails, Slack, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

SnarkLabs’ knowledge of DeFi protocols and how DEX works was impressive.
