SmartNexo is a Colombian company, a business unit of AHC Company S.A.S., that builds artificial intelligence agents to serve the customers of small and mid-sized businesses in Latin America on WhatsApp and by phone. Its agents reply instantly and at any hour, understand open questions, capture customer details, book appointments and leave every lead in the CRM; when a case requires it, they hand it to a person with full context.

Beyond agents, SmartNexo automates processes and integrates language models (OpenAI, Claude and Gemini) with the apps each company already uses, and builds custom connectors, CRMs, ERPs and booking calendars when no integration exists.

Every project follows the TRAZO Method, created by SmartNexo: map the flow and measure its baseline, decide step by step whether a rule is enough or AI is needed, design the agent with a person in the loop, set a safe zone and measure results against the baseline.
