Onboarding starts with a discovery call where I map your actual workflow — the tools you use, where the manual work happens, and what a successful outcome looks like. From there I put together a scoped plan covering the automation architecture, timeline, and the specific systems it'll touch (CRM, data sources, comms tools, etc.), so there are no surprises once build starts. Once you approve the scope, I move into build and testing, then deployment — and I stay hands-on through go-live to make sure everything runs reliably before handing over documentation on how the automation works. Because I work solo, you're talking to the same person from the first call through delivery — no handoffs between sales, project managers, and developers.

I follow a straightforward four-phase process: discovery, build, deploy, and observability. Discovery maps your actual workflow and defines success metrics upfront. Build is where I design and develop the automation — AI agent logic, n8n workflow architecture, and integrations with your existing tools. Deployment moves it into production with testing along the way, not just a final handoff. Observability is the phase most agencies skip: I set up monitoring so I know if an automation breaks or drifts before you do, and stay available to fix it. There's no project manager layer translating between you and the person building — you talk to me directly at every stage, so decisions and changes happen fast instead of getting stuck in a queue.

As a solo founder, I intentionally keep my client roster small — typically [X] active engagements at a time — so every project gets direct, hands-on attention instead of being spread across a large book of accounts. This also means faster response times and fewer delays waiting on my availability, since there's no queue behind other team members.
