Scope of Work: Design, build, and maintain a custom no-code platform to manage all aspects of a global hybrid mentorship and online learning program — including user onboarding, AI-powered mentor matching, gated learning paths, session management, partner reporting, billing, communications, and certification.

Key Deliverables:

• Multi-role user management (students, mentors, partner admins) with onboarding workflows and approval gates
• AI-powered mentor-student matching engine using Gemini, with manual override capability
• Dynamic, module-gated learning paths integrated with Articulate Rise 360
• Partner portal with seat allocation and cohort progress tracking for universities and organizations 
• Mentoring session workflow with pre-session topic submission, session logging, and automated module unlocking
• Stripe e-commerce integration for self-paying students with automated provisioning 
• Custom-branded PDF certificate engine with public employer verification
• Integrated survey engine with analytics dashboard

• Stripe integration enables self-paying students to register, pay, and begin the program in a single seamless flow

Timeline 

• Platform delivered within the two-month beta deadline, in time for the fall cohort launch
• Team incorporated real-world feedback and expanded functionality for the spring cohort In just 2 weeks
• In less than 12 months, platform is scaling to support triple the original number of participants

Operational Efficiency 

• AI-powered matching reduced mentor-student pairing from several days to minutes
• Tag-based system allows admins to instantly sort and group Global Gurus into cohorts, and send targeted notifications to specific groups, eliminating manual list management and blanket messaging

Slingr delivered on time and on or under budget every month throughout the engagement. The team went above and beyond expectations at every stage — listening carefully to challenges described in non-technical terms and translating them into elegant technical solutions. Equally impressive is their ability to take a non-technical founder's vision and translate it into precise technical solutions without losing the human element of the program. Slingr didn't just build what was asked: They engaged with the mission, evolved the product based on real-world feedback, and functioned as a true extension of the Open Mindset team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Slingr could have done differently?

No significant areas of improvement to note. Slingr met or exceeded expectations across every dimension of the engagement. For organizations without a technical background, building in a structured onboarding session at the start of the engagement to align on platform terminology and workflows early could accelerate the initial learning curve.

Slingr produced a LIMS system for us and has worked hand in hand to work throiugh bugs and getting it to fulfil our complicated set up.

We are now able to limit manual transcript of results and save time on the back end of our testing with only adding minor amount of front end work.

Mati is our main go to for the project. He and his team are still to this day going ubove and beyond to provide quick updates, problem solving and more. When we meet it is never finger pointing or excessive billing charge, but a friendly enviroment that include our work, but also just a fun environment to work in. I could go on, but this experience goes above and beyond what we have seen from our prior providers.

The friendly atmosphere while fulfilly promises without excessive billing.

Only surprise was the printing of labels tasks could have been cleaner and streamlined without using secondary sources to print labels that are important to everday business. We has provided them access if they choose to help integrate this into there existing platform to better all customers.
