    Our clients are integral to the development process; we view them as essentially part of the team. At the very least, every project is assigned a project champion from the client side. While we have many conversations with other team members within an organization, this person helps guide the scope, make budget decisions, and process user feedback. It is important to us that our clients have a deep sense of ownership over their software, and this process guarantees that.

    We build our projects in iterations; the goal is to identify a small, valuable piece of work that can deliver real-world results to our clients. Once we establish the interaction feature, clients are likely to see their features delivering value in 30, 60, or 90-day increments, depending on the complexity of the required feature. We tend to shoot for the 30-day mark where possible.

    Our process always starts with pre-project consulting — an opportunity to identify what we should target and determine the required budget cap for that effort. Once the scope, priority, and budget align, we begin exploring the actual day-to-day processes that our clients undergo to become experts in their specific needs. This initial exploration typically takes about a week before we hit the ground running on development. At each check-in, we take the opportunity to ask more questions, thereby strengthening our partnership with our clients. Ultimately, our clients can trust that the solutions we develop align precisely with their specific business needs and objectives.
