I am the Chief Engineer for Wiggin Properties. I oversee the maintenance practices for our Company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Slamdunkmarketing, and what were your goals?

We had Slamdunkmarketing to develop and maintain our web based preventive maintenance platform in which we record our data on our equipment.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Melissa to be open minded in listening to our requsts and our goals on what we needed to be able to review for various time periods during the year. She delivered and made modifications after a "rough draft" and we continue to make it better as we move forward.

Develop a platform to store equipment data. Develop a platform to describe work tasks for a given piece of equipment. Develop a platform in which we could input the data completion and review processes. These were all delivered in an amazing timeline and was followed as we had requested. She made suggestions on layout formats and was extremely understanding in our requests asking many questions to be able to deliver what we were looking for.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We utilize this on a daily basis and have found the capture of the data to be so important to be able to easily find recorded maintenance on our equipment. Each property can be reviewed instantly and as frequently as needed..

We found her vast knowledge to be so valuable and her willingness to listen and ask questions to gain our expectations was so welcomed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The fast delivery of what we expected to be a much longer process is amazing! He ability to make changes that we did not expect. Her willingness to go the extra mile in making it happen and making us happy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No. We continue to ask for changes based on our working with the system and wanting more data or different ways to report our data.
