Skalski Growth acted as our full-service performance marketing execution partner. I owned strategy, budget allocation, attribution and incrementality, and they owned day-to-day operations: campaign builds, publishing, optimisation, analysis and channel expansion. The team was set up by channel, with Wojtek co-owning strategy and leading operations, Michał on Google Ads and scaling, Natalia on LinkedIn, Adam on analytics and ChatGPT Ads, and Patrycja on Reddit.

Key deliverables:

1. Google Ads management and scaling. They built and ran our search structure across non-brand, brand and Performance Max. This included keyword research, campaign architecture, ad copy and ongoing bid and budget optimisation. It gave us a scalable setup that supported holdout-tested incrementality measurement and value-based bidding work.
2. LinkedIn ICP campaign programme. They planned and launched campaign waves across our core ICPs (Founders, Agencies, Growth and SEO), including audience and company list builds, creative angle development and wave-by-wave performance reads to scale winners and cut underperformers.
3. Reddit campaigns. They set up and ran Reddit as a demand creation channel to reach audiences beyond traditional search intent.
4. ChatGPT Ads pilot. They set up and ran a pilot on OpenAI's new ad platform, covering pixel and tracking setup, campaign clusters, targeting and real-time calibration on a channel that was brand new for the whole industry.
5. Feature launch. They delivered the full paid launch infrastructure across Google and LinkedIn to a fixed launch date: keyword strategy, audience targeting, campaign build, a brand search landing page experiment, and post-launch lift reporting. Landing page experimentation. They supported our A/B testing programme across keyword clusters, routing paid traffic to test variants and reading signup and CAC impact.
6. Analytics and reporting support. They provided ongoing performance analysis feeding our weekly executive reporting, and dug into data discrepancies across ad platforms and our CRM when numbers didn't reconcile.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

The partnership delivered clear, measurable progress across every area we set out to improve.

1. Efficiency. We achieved a substantial, sustained reduction in customer acquisition cost while increasing spend. That proved we could scale without sacrificing efficiency.
2. Revenue growth. Paid acquisition consistently beat plan, including one quarter where we significantly outperformed our targets. Performance marketing became one of the most reliable drivers of new ARR for the business.
3. Proven incrementality. Holdout testing on non-brand search confirmed with strong statistical confidence that our paid programme was driving genuinely incremental demand, not just capturing existing intent. That gave leadership the confidence to keep investing.
4. Channel expansion. We went from a concentrated channel mix to a diversified engine across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit and ChatGPT Ads. We were one of the earliest advertisers on ChatGPT's ad platform.
5. Launch execution. We shipped the full paid campaign infrastructure for a major product launch on schedule, with lift measured and reported within the first weeks.
6. Conversion improvements. The landing page experiments supported by the team produced winning variants with meaningfully higher signup rates and lower acquisition cost than our baseline pages.
7. Operational maturity. By the end of the engagement, we had a well-documented, scalable account structure that could be handed over cleanly, which is a strong sign of the quality of what was built.

Skalski Growth ran a tight, well-organised partnership through a shared Slack channel and our Linear board, so priorities and owners were always clear. Wojtek kept operations on track, and each specialist fully owned their channel. They delivered reliably on time, including a multi-channel product launch with a fixed go-live date and our ChatGPT Ads pilot on a brand-new platform. They were highly responsive, usually replying the same day, and adapted quickly when priorities shifted. Most importantly, they were proactive: they flagged issues and proposed fixes before I had to ask.

Their ownership mentality. Skalski Growth treated our budget like their own money and our goals like their own targets. What made them unique was the combination of senior, channel-specific expertise with obsessive attention to execution detail. Nothing went live without being checked down to the smallest setting. They were also genuinely willing to experiment, from being one of the first advertisers on ChatGPT Ads to testing new channels and landing pages. They felt like an extension of our in-house team, not an agency.

Two areas stand out where they could have added even more value.

• Paid social messaging. On LinkedIn and Reddit, we could have pushed harder on sharper, more differentiated messaging earlier. Execution was strong, but bolder creative angles and faster message testing would have helped paid social break through in a competitive category.
• Influence-based measurement. Paid social rarely gets full credit under direct attribution. Introducing tools like Fibbler earlier, to track influenced pipeline and ARR alongside directly attributed revenue, would have given us a more complete view of LinkedIn's true impact and made budget decisions easier.

Neither of these took away from the partnership. They're the natural next steps for a team that had already nailed the fundamentals.

We needed help with our paid acquisition. We wanted to grow it without losing efficiency and ultimately hand it over to our internal team with full onboarding and multimonth support. Skalski Growth started with a strategic research engagement (September 2022–March 2023) in which they evaluated potential international expansion markets through a custom scoring model and live demand tests with dedicated landing pages. This gave us hard CPC and CPL data before any product investment.Between March 2024–March 2026, they ran as our growth team. They took ownership of Google Ads, launched and scaled Facebook Ads, ran controlled tests on Bing, X, Display, and email marketing, redesigned and A/B-tested simplified landing pages built on an external no-code stack to bypass dev backlog, and scaled paid budget on our Hungarian and Romanian markets.They also built the data layer underneath all of this, connecting ad-platform data with our CRM in courts, plus court-level forecasting that predicts likely contract output from the first days and weeks of each court. This way, every spending decision was grounded in real downstream results and could be managed daily.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Google Ads was scaled meaningfully while keeping the target return on ad spend stable. Facebook Ads went from zero to a second pillar of paid acquisition. The simplified, external landing pages they introduced delivered higher conversion and generated learnings for the website. Hungarian and Romanian markets were scaled in parallel with the core market.Across the funnel, marketing reporting moved from monthly aggregates to live daily courts, with court-level forecasting that predicts likely contract output from a court's first days and weeks. This let us manage performance daily and changed how we made marketing decisions.At the end of the engagement, we transitioned performance marketing and analytics to our internal team. Skalski Growth ran a full onboarding and supported the handover end-to-end. They were a great “bridge solution” that left us with mature processes, dashboards, and playbooks our in-house team could continue to build on.

• SEO research Keyword Analysis: The team conducted an analysis of keyword search volumes, difficulty levels, and intent (transactional vs. informational). It covered keywords the company already ranked for, those targeted by competitors, and potential new opportunities. 
• Prioritization: Working together, they refined the list of keywords to best fit the business's goals and plans, selecting the top 5-10 to focus on initially.

Skalski Growth prepared a thorough SEO research and created a content plan, which included selection of specific keywords suitable for our business and carried out a research of competitors’ content type to propose topics of the content and prepare guidelines for their creation. They also put together visual and textual recommendations for improvement of the website in terms of UX and our business goals.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

In the first step, the Skalski Growth team interviewed us (the founders) about the business and goals, quickly audited our marketing and analytics, as well as previous actions, and took a closer look at our product, market demand, and competitors. They used this as input for a strategic workshop, during which we brainstormed possible growth tactics. We agreed on a revenue goal for the next three months with weekly checkpoints, and they presented us with a high-level plan on how to achieve it. 

This process took about two weeks. In the third week, they implemented Google Analytics 4 from scratch, including user funnels and revenue tracking, and designed quick fixes to our main user flow. We set up regular weekly calls to discuss business results, during which they presented us with in-depth data and recommendations on various topics (ranging from orders structure, to user retention, to channel performance). 

As we approached Black Friday, the team helped us plan our very first promotion, set up the coupon feature on WordPress, and promote coupon codes on the website, in Google Ads, and in emails. In December, they developed a SEO content strategy and started creating SEO-optimized content showcasing various use cases of our app. To our surprise, it almost immediately increased our traffic by a few hundred clicks a day! We continued with this tactic in the following weeks, creating new content. 

We only provided feedback on the presented ideas and supplied raw images, while they took care of everything else—topic planning, content specifications, writing, image editing, publishing in WordPress, internal linking, results tracking, etc. The team also reorganized our Google Ads, introducing Performance Max campaigns, changing targeting, creating new creatives, and more. 

Historically, our campaigns had not been profitable. In January 2024, they managed to drive the ROAS to over 230% and they still see significant room for improvement. Besides that, the team helped us with many other topics, including tweaks to the product (e.g., including viral features), paid listings, and various research topics. 

In early February, we met to summarize our first quarter of working together. Our weekly revenue increased by 54%, traffic by 87%, organic traffic by 83%, and our SEM spend increased and became profitable. We set goals and brainstormed actions for the next quarter.
