In 2000, our founders met at a local diner for breakfast and decided to launch a new kind of law firm.  From notes on a napkin, they built a non-traditional company and culture: one where clients receive high quality, personal attention at a reasonable billing rate.  

Our founding partners are an ideal team, complementing each other's talents in real estate, business and finance.  Both gained their experience and honed their skills at major corporations and law firms.  At the same time, they are approachable, accessible and client-centric.  Together, they formed a firm that offers camaraderie and mutual respect.  It is a place where attorneys work in teams sharing ideas, with the result being good business solutions for our clients.  Our office provides a working environment that is casual, yet responsive to client needs; serious yet social.  The firm hires those whose personalities and passions make it a joy to come to work.  The environment is good for us, and is great for our clients, who work with attorneys who are energetic, creative and insightful.
