I am the Son and the IT support for a recently purchased family run Gift Basket Company.

We had purchased a company that had no Ecommerce presence or inventory for our products. We needed ground up building of a site with Custom shipping and delivery options, plus Advanced inventory features including bundling and linking. Also we were able to have additional features like Gift messages, custom delivery date picker, and personalization options that reach far.

The Professional manner in which Jordan and the team conducted their selves with my family and client. It can be tough to work with so many people and it was handled very well by Sitely Pro, amazing! We found this team by their high ratings and reviews online.

From the Kick off meeting, we were well structured, and the team at Sitely Pro walked us through our project steps and technologies. As very new users, we relied heavily on the team to design the project steps and help decide on almost all aspects of the project down to the technologies used for our site.

Jordan was our main point of contact but at times different team members would assist in design or coding when needed. They have a depth of skillsets at Sitely Pro to tackle complex projects.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

From complete disorganization to a properly run inventory and company we can now easily adjust our workflow and our product supply chain with our new setup. Any deliverables and planned meetings always happened on time with a smile.

Any interactions were super professional and we never felt shorted on time in-fact the opposite, we felt that we used more than our share. Tools for communications were functional and we always had a variety of good options from Zoom to teams to phone..

Rarely could I find a company that can work so closely and patently on a project like they did. New users are special and Unique too and need extra attention provided in bulk by Jordan and the team!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It tough to think of anything that could be improved upon, Great Team!

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our company has been seriously impacted because of the ongoing pandemic — our sales have dropped by more than 60%, and I've been tasked to take over the business while we're still suffering from these damages and struggling to get new customers. I've thought of improving our situation by using our website to gain more traction, so I've engaged Sitely Pro to rebuild our platform using Shopify.

I've secured an impressive ROI rate upon engaging Sitely Pro to redo our website. They've produced a reliable platform that has elevated our digital presence, allowing us to get more customers and revenue. I've practically spent $4,000, and their team has given me $40,000 in return — Sitely Pro has uplifted our spirits by building a lucrative website.

We communicate via Zoom and phone calls. Sitely Pro has impressive project management skills — they're receptive to feedback and keen on updating me about their progress.

They're already a great partner, but they can work on improving their UI/UX design skills and hiring more resources who can help them with content marketing and production.

The pages they designed include the home page, product page, contact page, shipping and policy pages, and more. They also helped us with legal work involved in the platform, and they download some apps we could use. They now provide SEO services, and they show us the different things they’re doing to generate traffic and bring up our Google rankings.

I’m working with Jordan (Founder). We’re also working with their web designer.

A Shopify ambassador referred SitelyPro. After that, I reached out to their team and a couple of different companies. In the end, I chose Sitely Pro because their website looked really good in comparison to their competitors, and their pricing was really good. We also appreciated that they asked a lot of questions about our project.

We’ve spent $5,300–$5,400 CAD (approximately $4,100–$4,200 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing collaboration began in August 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’m happy with the work they’ve done for us, but I don’t really have a way of measuring their success. For the SEO work, they’ve just started that work so it’s too early to share any results.

How did Sitely Pro perform from a project management standpoint?

We have meetings every other week to discuss their progress, and we can schedule a meeting with them whenever we want. During meetings, we share the changes we want to implement and they give us updates once again on those deliverables. They’re also timely

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their attentiveness and level of service have been impressive. They really care about our business, and they give extra tips and tricks that they think will help us with our products. They go above and beyond even if they don’t have to. Above all, their price is fair and competitive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I’m pretty happy with their services. I want to continue working with them because I trust that they’ll do good work.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a really good idea of what you want your website to look like because it’ll make things easier in the future. In our case, I didn’t know what I wanted and they built a template for me. I approved the template, but I ended up changing a lot of things down the road.

We have had a website for a number of years, but it was never professionally built, and did not look aesthetically pleasing. Also the website was not mobile friendly, and required significant refinements.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After searching and interviewing many vendors across north america we decided on Sitely Pro. The decision came after numerous phone meetings and interviews. We knew we had made the right decision, and are very happy we chose Sitely Pro.

After our phone meetings Sitely Pro drafted up contracts for our project. We signed off on the contracts, put our deposits, and they began initial project research. Once completed they drafted initial designs, we provided feedback, they completed the designs, and we published a soft launch. After a number of reviews we published the soft launch, and shortly after made our first sale in 2 years!

Through our efforts on the site we were able to make our first sale in 2 years within months after the project completed!

I was blown away by their knowledge of web design and the flow of the users. They explained each step in terms I could understand, and this made the process very effortless for me.
