Singularity Intelligence Systems LLC

Singularity Intelligence Systems builds custom AI tools and software for small and medium-sized businesses. We were founded in 2026 by Eric Bennett and Jake Bennett, and we are based in Highland Village, TX, in Dallas–Fort Worth, working with clients worldwide.

We are business professionals, not a software shop. We spent our careers inside the numbers. Now we build the tools we wished we'd had.

We're Texans. Singularity Intelligence Systems is founded and run in Dallas–Fort Worth, and our team has deep roots in DFW business. You work directly with the founders, in your time zone, and we can meet you in person. No account managers, no handoffs to a team you'll never meet.

What we do:

Find where money leaks out of your operations. Most businesses know what a job, a location or a product line should cost. We build tools that show where what it actually costs drifts away from that, and point to where the gap comes from.

AI governance. Your team is probably already using AI apps you never approved. We write a clear AI use policy, build protection for personal and financial information, and give your team approved AI tools as quick and easy as the apps they would otherwise use.

Custom tools inside the systems you already run. We start inside Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. When a job needs more, we build on platforms of ours and tell you exactly what runs where. When data is too sensitive for a cloud AI service, the AI can run on hardware you control.

How we work: where numbers matter, code calculates them and tests check them. AI is used where it is the right tool, such as market and business intelligence, not to produce figures you make decisions with.

Our team brings more than 25 years in financial services, across sales, operations and technology, plus hands-on experience building websites, CRM integrations, marketing systems and phone systems.
