What was the scope of their involvement?

Simple design built and designed our website. I told them what I wanted, and Simple design made it happen.

What is the team composition?

I just worked with one person. He had a designer and a couple of other teammates, but I didn’t meet them.

How did you come to work with Simple design?

I received a referral from a friend. I considered a couple of other companies, but Simple design stood out because I trusted them. I also chose them based on their service and the quality of their work. They gave me a preview of what they could do for me.

How much have you invested with them?

I invested $25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked on this project from August–September 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I looked at my competitors’ websites, and I let Simple design know what I wanted. They made it happen.

I don’t know any of the technology that they used — I just know that they built a really good website.

How did Simple design perform from a project management standpoint?

Simple design did great in terms of meeting deadlines and communicating. We talked via Zoom. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I don’t know much about design, but I liked their work.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No — I loved all of their work.

Listen to their team — they will steer you in the right direction.
