BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Finworks is a technology division of Fincore, specialising in workflow and data management applications. I am Head of Product Management.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire SIGo Digital, and what were your goals?

Our website was on a platform that did not easily allow updates or administration and there were security issues that we had to urgently deal with. We hired SIGo Digital to migrate the current look and feel of our sites to Wix.

The goal was to keep the exact design but allow us to expand and grow our digital presence on a user friendly platform.

How did you select SIGo Digital and what were the deciding factors?

We reviewed web developers aligned with Wix and found Simon to be the most responsive and competitively priced.

We migrated the Finworks site initially as a starting point to show the value of migrating the company's websites and to view the quality of the work.

Simon from SIGo Digital responded well to the challenge of completing an exact match of our current site on Wix, giving us an comprehensive introduction to the administration of the site and helping with initial SEO.

Simon was our primary contact for his team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The initial migration was so successful that we agreed to complete the migration of all the companies sites. We have since then used the increased flexibility to host a flipbook, conference videos and blogs.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Communication was very easy, Simon responses to emails well and there is an option to book in a web conference if we needed to share screens. We used the feedback option for Wix development which helped to target the areas for discussion/correction and their resolution.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

SIGo Digital has a high degree of attention to detail, feedback was easy and responsive and the cost of the work was very reasonable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None, the whole process was a pleasure and very straightforward.
