Delich, President, brings 30 years of commercial real estate experience in leasing, site and facility acquisition, development and construction management expertise and asset management operations to the organization.
Sierra Properties was formed from the Colorado Springs division of Vantage Companies, a Dallas, Texas based developer, creating the first third party asset management group handling institutional clients in the Pikes Peak region. These initial clients included Metropolitan Life, Mutual of New York, Equitable Life, The New England, The Utah State Retirement Fund and San Diego Gas and Electric.
The vision for Mr. Delich and Sierra Properties remains the same today as it was over thirty years ago – to provide the finest services possible to its customers with respect to property management, accounting, maintenance, construction and leasing, and to create an environment that is both professional and enjoyable for all clients Sierra Properties serves.
