Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the associate director of creative media for a healthcare foundation. We’re a nonprofit that deals with HIV and AIDS healthcare.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Sidekick Sales Videos?

We needed an animated video explaining our total care team package, which the patient expects to receive when they come to our healthcare center. This service package ranges from nurses and pharmacies to linkage counselors.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Sidekick Sales delivered three short animated videos explaining the services. We connected to see if they could do the style of animation that we wanted, and once that was confirmed, we worked on a script that was changed several times even after recording the voiceovers — they were flexible enough to make the changes, and the charges for the rerecording weren’t too expensive. After the voiceover stage, they finalized the video and added the subtitles.

We responded to one of their advertisements about how they can help with animated videos.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent just under $1,000 on the three videos.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August–December 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our company's leadership was happy, and producing the videos was the best way to explain our positions within the healthcare center.

How did Sidekick Sales Videos perform from a project management standpoint?

From a project management standpoint, they were excellent and responsive throughout. We typically communicated through email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were cost-efficient for the style of videos that we wanted, and they were worth it.

Are there any areas they could improve?

For the cost and what they produced, I’d say they did great.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice would be to take a look at their animation file and make sure it matches what you’re looking for.
