I reached out to Shrushti to see if I could outsource some work. I was sceptical as they were based in India, and my agency was in the UK. This was mainly due to reasons such as a language barrier or lack of trust when giving over customers' details. However, the service has been second to none, and their technical ability is excellent. I'm so happy that I have partnered with them. It now allows me to concentrate on sales and not worry that we cannot service any new clients.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are working together monthly, and everything is going in the right direction. However, a standout project would be a Ski Store here in the UK. They carried out an SEO boost, effectively fixing the foundations of the website and increasing the score on SEMrush. Giving the client a better chance of being crawled and indexed online. Several keywords have gone from 100+ to the top 3 positions, and I am thrilled with all the work that was carried out.

The processes they have set up make them a well-oiled machine, and they will prioritise other tasks if they feel it will benefit the client more than sticking to a setlist. Which I like.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Shrushti Digital Marketing could have done differently?

At present, there isn't anything that could be improved. Other than maybe ticking off tasks when completed in ClickUp. However, this is trivial and more of a want than a need. Other than this, I am so happy with everything and I would highly recommend partnering with them.
