I have been working here for 10 years as a developer. We combine the latest automation technologies with skilled and experienced resources to provide you the most reliable data management services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Shoviv Software, and what were your goals?

We needed to migrate our Exchange Server database to Office 365. Shoviv Software provided us with up-to-date, accurate, and complete data migration.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found Shoviv software through Google and talked to their experts. They have had successful, positive experiences in Exchange server to Office 365 migration services with clients.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They designed a custom software application for us to migrate our database to Office 365 platform. They used workplace technology based on C++, PHP, Node JS, Angular, JavaScript, Groovy/Grails, Laravel. In other words, it was what needed to be achieved and the work that must be done in order to deliver the project.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The team had 8 experts including a project manager, two designers, and two senior developers. The support team was great.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were determined to quickly start the project, it was essential. Their intervention has eliminated up to 100% of data transmission errors since the start of the project. Data migration is crucial for our employees as it allows them to carry out their projects. The whole team performed very well. We decided to continue working with Shoviv Software for the entire project.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Shoviv Software also provided excellent project management with soft and clear communication etiquette. They regularly engaged with project deadlines, and we never had an unexpected deadline delay, especially compared to the other vendors we worked with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We had direct access to the software, which made it easy to migrate data, valuable data could get lost in migration. Also, the support they provided was remarkable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We couldn't think of any at the moment. Almost everything went as expected.
