The overall picture is of a good service delivered on time with the expected functionalities. Along the way we did have the unavoidable situations when we had to reschedule things or re-discuss certain aspects but there were always solutions for everything.

Their ambition was impressive; they built an e-commerce platform in a market already crowded and dominated by local and global solutions

I think they know it, it's velocity. A little bit of speed in developing core as well as new functionalities always helps in keeping the pace with the market.
