The scope of this project includes three key actors: Super Admins, Franchisees, and Members. Super Admins oversee Franchisees, assign roles, manage permissions, and have access to all functionalities available to Franchisees. Franchisees schedule two types of events: play events and private court events. 
They can view token spending within their franchise cumulatively through the token statistics feature, compensate Members by assigning gift tokens, manage loyalty perks, monitor Member activity, and purchase tokens on behalf of Members. 
Members purchase tokens to book events, and each token they spend earns them Pickleball Points, which are treated as loyalty points within the system. Members can invite participants, utilize shared wallets, earn loyalty perks and upgrades, and stay updated through the "My Reservations" section. The system also includes features such as automated reminders, private contacts, and token-based booking, all designed to ensure smooth operations and enhance the member experience.

This project aims to develop a comprehensive progressive web application that serves as court-reservation management software. This software will facilitate court bookings, management, and payment processing for admin, franchise owners, and end-users.

Yes, The project management cycle involves defining the project scope, estimating hours and resources, and conducting thorough resource planning to ensure efficiency. Sprints are utilized to groom and refine the project incrementally, allowing for iterative development and continuous improvement. 
This approach ensures that the project evolves systematically, meeting its objectives while adapting to changing requirements and priorities.

The Audit Report was followed by a redesign project of parts of the Batzawaj app's UI/UX to enhance UX and satisfaction. Key Deliverables:

After working with offshore companies for 22 years, I've seen it all. I was impressed by the ability to understand the customer's problem and creatilve solutions to it (not just what we recommended). I was impressed with the dedicated nature of the team members we employed and how well they understood the project.
 Also, having an extra one or two people we weren't paying for that could jump in at any time to fill an absence was a godsend. But when it really comes down to it, it was the transparency, honesty, and sincere desire to help that sets them apart.
