Their scope of work includes sourcing and vetting carriers, negotiating rates, scheduling pickups, tracking shipments in transit, and coordinating deliveries to ensure everything moves according to schedule.They assist with different transportation requirements, including full truckload (FTL) shipments and specialized freight solutions when needed. Throughout the process, they provide shipment updates, manage communication between all parties, and address any logistics issues that arise to help minimize delays.
