Shark IT

Shark IT helps companies find and hire technology professionals who fit the role technically, culturally and strategically. We are a partner for building tech teams, not a company that just sends resumes.

Before we search for anyone, we learn the context: the project, the team, the culture and the business goal behind the role.

What we do:

• Specialized tech hunting for hard-to-fill and strategic roles
• IT outsourcing: professionals allocated to your team for ongoing work or projects
• On-demand teams: we build the team, you manage it
• Managed teams: we take care of recruiting, operations and team management
• Shark Labs: we find the professionals, form the project team and handle the team's legal side, while you manage it internally (billed per closed project)

Why companies work with us:

• First interviews within 5 business days
• A base of 30,000+ technology professionals
• In-depth technical interviews before any candidate reaches you
• Success-based: you only pay after the hire (Shark Labs is billed per project)
• 30-day guarantee on every hire

Renault, Volkswagen, Siemens, Tectoy, Fleury, Estapar, Simpar, Ypê, Pluxee, Betha and Senior Sistemas trust Shark IT to build their technology teams.

For US companies, we connect you with senior Brazilian engineers who speak fluent English and work in time zones close to yours. They join your standups and your daily routine like any other team member.
