Portfolio managers also benefited from AI generated summaries that helped them prepare for client discussions more efficiently. The centralized system reduced duplication across teams and improved consistency in how information was shared internally. Because source references were included within responses, our users developed confidence in the outputs and were more comfortable incorporating AI into their daily workflows. The project also created a scalable foundation that allows us to continue expanding our AI initiatives without rebuilding infrastructure from scratch.

Overall, our experience was very positive.

 If there was one area that could be improved, it would be providing additional business focused documentation during the early phases of the engagement. Some of the technical discussions were highly detailed, and a few nontechnical stakeholders initially required additional clarification. 

That said, whenever we raised questions, the team responded quickly and ensured everyone remained aligned. Their openness to feedback and willingness to adapt made the collaboration smooth, and we would gladly work with SF AI Labs again in the future.
