What challenge were you trying to address with Seven Million Bikes Podcasts?

We wanted a space to film our marketing videos when our company founders were in town. We needed a quick, convenient location to shoot the videos and get them edited.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Seven Million Bikes Podcasts reserved the studio, set up multiple cameras, and provided microphones. Later, they helped us arrange the studio and deliver the final edit of the marketing videos.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We got really high engagement on the videos when we posted them on LinkedIn. We got about 500 views, 15 likes, and 10 comments on one video and about 600 views, 20 likes, and four comments on the second video. We also got a lot of great internal feedback from the team.

They delivered everything on time. We communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were extremely friendly and had fast response rates.

They’ve also helped us troubleshoot issues in the early podcasts. Moreover, they’ve helped us with the creation of the podcast, such as the best platforms, the best format, and how to get the first few episodes live. The team has also provided us with edited podcasts.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have weekly measurables around engagement with social media on promoting the podcast and the number of downloaded podcasts. We’re averaging around 20 downloads per week. Since we have a very niche target market, we’re happy with that number.

How did Seven Million Bikes Podcasts perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very responsive. On one occasion, we met a very last-minute downtime. They’re also very responsive if we have any issues during the podcast recording, helping us solve problems live. We communicate via in-person meetings and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’ve been impressed with the personal relationship we’ve built with the team and their knowledge and expertise. We just happened to be in the same city as one of their team members and visited their brand-new studio.

The team is always responsive and great to deal with. They deliver great output on our podcast. All the engagement and interaction come from their edited work. We're a new podcast and couldn't have created it without them.
