How did you select Seven Infinity?

Seven Infinity was referred to me by a colleague who had used their site and recognized Seven Infinity was just what I needed to take my brand to the next level.

Describe the project in detail.

I had a logo which Seven Infinity reimagined. Throughout my project I was provided several perks for being a repeat customer. Seven Infinity not only built a website at an affordable price, but also maintain it monthly for the low.

What was the team composition?

We had a project manager who worked with me directly to really get to know my brand.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My website is up and running and has provided me with several referrals for business. The most successful project has been my One Pager. I sent out some fillers and have increased my revenue by 1/3.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The work flow is good. You feel out the survey and then schedule a call and then get some proofs and after all revisions and approval you get your final copies. Sometimes you pay half up front and sometimes you pay when then project is complete (for smaller projects and probably because I am a repeat customer who sends Seven Infinity lots of business now).

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I like the very quick turnaround time. If they have everything they need the can have proofs within a day or so. Anytime I have ever asked for revisions. I've received them same day typically.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I am personally not a huge fan of the survey, but that is just a personal preference. I like when a rep reaches out via an online platform to really get a sense of what you want.
