We have a meeting where we discussed our goals and the features we want in our mobile app, they took our ideas and merge it with theirs to build something better. Alot of features were added which we don't even think of. They developed both Android and iOS version of the app.

Servreality created a combination of products for us. Our main product was a headset that created a mixed reality experience of what it was like to have an eye condition. The products are completed.

The first thing people wanted to try as soon as they came into the room was our headset and they were encouraging their colleagues to try the tool as they were impressed by it. Everyone who tried our tool felt what people with eye disease go through, most of them commented on how disorienting or horrible it must be, and asked what they could do to help. Many of the tweets from attendees featured comments or photos of them trying out the experience with the headset on. The tool they delivered drew people in and created a memorable experience.

They were responsive, and we felt like we were their only clients. We are in different time zones but they would get back to us quickly even outside of their business hours, usually providing responses within minutes.

There were 50 steel objects in total.

Our client feedback process has been a lot faster thanks to the new system Clients can now clearly communicate their desires to us, and the software makes it simple for us to recommend design modifications. As a result, we are able to accept twice as many proposals.
