ServReality team was specifically brought in to develop our product for Android, leveraging the existing foundation we had established for iOS. The game was created and designed using Unity3D in C#.

We granted ServReality Media access to our repository and guidelines, and one of their team members directly collaborated on the project as if they were a member of our own team. A significant challenge we faced was implementing a membership capability on Android and seamlessly integrating it with the existing iOS membership system. This involved building our own server to capture subscription information, parsing it, and establishing a connection with user accounts.

During the beta testing phase of the app, there was a particular long-term task that required constant monitoring of a backend feature. Despite the majority of the project being completed, ServReality Media provided us with ongoing support for that task. Their team remains available to provide open-ended support as needed.

Overall, we were very happy with the project's management, and we feel comfortable keeping up our partnership with ServReality as we expand our platform across the USA. Obtaining a DUNS number is one example of work that should have been provided to us earlier with approximate dates based on current understanding. Fortunately, there were no significant delays, although it would have been helpful to know in advance.

Throughout the project, we regularly used Active Collab. Following the workflows was quite straightforward, and communication was straightforward—especially after the project manager was appointed.

The project management approach was highly hands-on and always effective. We never felt disconnected from the development process at any moment. One casual Zoom meeting with the development team might have provided further information about who was working on the project and allowed them to meet the client as well.

Our main requirements were a job ads section, a section about our staff, and a clean, contemporary design that was comparable to other businesses in our field.
