We required a refresh of our key messaging and positioning for our new product, Aduvo. We requested Serendipit ideate with us and our customers, and learn what key pain points and value drivers our product solved. Deliverables included a messaging doc all team members could then use as a guide in their daily work as well as a refresh of our website content.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were provided our updating brand messaging guide and all copy for our website refresh. Both were excellent and have helped our team better align marketing, sales, development and support efforts.

We met weekly with our team lead at Serendipit. Items were delivered on time and on budget.

Serendipit's creativity with our brand messaging was why we hired them, and they delivered. The unique insights they brought to the forefront helped us better align with our prospects and customers--clearly identifying why someone should buy our product, and who is our ideal customer.

Nope, we were completely satified with their work.

I’m a director of marketing for a real estate development company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Serendipit Consulting?

I hired Serendipit Consulting to help with marketing and PR services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Serendipit Consulting ran our Facebook and Instagram platforms and our paid social advertising. They also managed our press releases and all things related to PR. Additionally, the team managed events and recorded them.

Serendipit Consulting implemented strategies in social media and PR. Their strategy included campaign design and content creation.

For the rebranding project, Serendipit Consulting independently researched our competitors. For our own internal platform, the team interviewed our internal stakeholders to get their feelings about the current brand, likes, dislikes, and openness to changing it.

What is the team composition?

I had primary contact with four different people. I worked with Andrew and Rachel. I also worked with the owner for strategy and planning. We had a coordinator-level person who loaded the content, planned it, and managed social media.

How did you come to work with Serendipit Consulting?

Serendipit Consulting was a referral. They responded to an RFP.

How much have you invested with them?

They did the rebranding project completely pro bono.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from the third quarter of 2024–May 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re about to unveil the brand. The metrics for us were the buy-in from all key stakeholders to create a new identity that everyone is on board with. They did a phenomenal job with that.

There were a lot of different perspectives and personalities to work through to get to that. They truly listened and provided a range of options for us to pick from. We were able to indicate what we liked and disliked and move forward with a direction that was completely unanimous.

How did Serendipit Consulting perform from a project management standpoint?

They met deadlines. We handled everything directly with them. We typically communicated via email and Zoom meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Serendipit Consulting’s creative skills were impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I wouldn’t change anything about it. The process was completely seamless. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Provide as much information as possible. Ensure that you have all the right decision-makers at the appropriate meetings so you can move forward in a timely manner. You lose time when you have to go back and regroup.

Serendipit was tasked with creating a Brand for a new venture. They created our Brandfolio, all key image elements, and social media icons. Additionally, they did a re-brand of a prior organization, adding fresh, key elements to create a successful relaunch. During this process, they were crucial in helping with one-off requests for assistance with changes and creating media for presentations and book launches as well.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Serendipit created an original Brandfolio and made necessary edits to our new venture. Serendipit also created an updated Brandfolio for a relaunch. Finally, Serendipit assisted with creating material for a book launch as well.

Serendipit truly works together as a Team with their clients. I always felt like a priority and they were very clear about deadlines, expectations, and deliverables. Serendipit works quickly and efficiently, providing updates along the way, along with being very familiar with a service/business to truly capture the right vision. I've always appreicated quick response times, helpful education of the "why" behind any changes or corrections, and how easy/approachable their entire team was. Serendipit has a way of meeting people where they're at to help them level up their strategy to deliver amazing results.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I definitely valued the team and culture at Serendipit. Everyone was eager to help, excited about the work, and truly took on the role of "visionary" when adding their expertise to any project. Even if I provided little input, they could take an idea and truly run with it. There were some cases where the cost may have been higher than we liked, but Serendipit always work with us to find a way to make it work or find alternative resources which I appreciated.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Serendipit Consulting could have done differently?

I felt as though Serendipit had quite an array of services and assistance that they offered us. I don't have any criticisms or critiques with the services I've worked with them on.
