I'm Gregory De Rocher, founder of sequenceDM — a Vancouver-based B2B marketing consultancy specializing in marketing strategy, fractional CMO engagements, and marketing audits for companies ready to scale.
I work with B2B companies in solar and clean energy, financial services, SaaS, edtech, legal tech, and creative industries. My approach is diagnostic first: find what's broken, fix the strategy, then build the execution plan around revenue — not activity.
Before founding sequenceDM, I held Director of Marketing Communications and Director of Digital Marketing roles at Fidelity Investments Canada. That institutional background shaped how I work: with a bias toward measurable outcomes, disciplined budget allocation, and honest KPI and revenue alignment.
