Goals & KPIs

• Increase organic presence for keyword groups about “AI video creation”, “AI video generator”, “Vietnamese text-to-video”, “template/price”, “compare & choose”.
  Bring 80% of strategic keyword groups to Top 1-5, increase organic traffic and trial sign-ups; track additional metrics: CTR, time on page, demo requests, trial-to-activation.
  Strategy & implementation scope

Main scope:

• Overall website review (technical, content, data tracking).
• Build keyword strategy and structure content around topic clusters.
• On-page optimization for product/feature/pricing pages, adding CTAs and FAQs.
• Basic technical & schema optimization to improve visibility on Google.
• Deploy blog/guide content according to editorial plan, EEAT standards.
• Support link building and platform-level digital communications.
• Set up performance tracking reports and guide the in-house team to keep running.

Deliverables: SEO strategy & roadmap, suggested keyword set and sitemap, prioritized content categories, key technical optimization items, conversion tracker and regular reporting.
