I work as a marketing consultant and co-founder for an organization called Helpingdesi.

What challenge were you trying to address with SEO India Inc.?

We have so much content, but we weren’t ranking highly with our keywords. We were putting content for US immigrants, so I was looking for someone to provide us with content research, SEO, and help us gain more traffic.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Whenever anything gets promoted for Asian people in the US, I work with SEO India to set up a campaign. For example, there are cricket matches happening in India at the moment, so we want to promote those matches to Indians living in the US. I basically ask SEO India to write content to reach out to the Indian Premier League (IPL) and have it published on my site.

Apart from that, SEO India provides research-based content, and social media marketing to promote our site. They do Facebook, Instagram, and other inquiry sites like Quora.

What is the team composition?

I'm directly interacting with around four people, but I'm not sure how many people are working behind the scenes. I have technical SEO managers and a project manager.

How did you come to work with SEO India Inc.?

I was researching SEO services from India because the costs of the same service in the US are quite high. I looked at their past work, conducted the interview, and put the team on a 7-day trial.

How much have you invested with them?

I spend $500 monthly and pay an additional fee whenever I need extra work or a couple more keywords. So far, we’ve spent a little over $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the engagement in April 2020, and the partnership is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They were able to put me in the top position in search engines, which I expect will drive more than 100,000–200,000 visitors once the Indian Premier League starts.

How did SEO India Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

They perform really well. They have a nice reporting structure and if we have previously discussed keywords, they’d provide their potential timeline and their work graphs. In some cases, they go the extra mile and beat discussed timelines — if they promise to deliver in two months, they would sometimes deliver earlier.

They use Google Drive sheets for reporting and other tools for SEO.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like that they’re mostly ahead of time when it comes to the deliverables. I can reach out whenever I need to talk to them, because they’re just a phone call away.

I also like that they have full transparency when it comes to reporting. They have no problems sharing their tools, research findings, and their industry knowledge.

Any advice for potential customers?

I would suggest you keep in mind that they will always deliver what they promise you.

During the initial stages of this project, we discussed the culture and general industry of our company. Our local search engine optimization was enhanced by SEO indiainc after they discovered core keywords, performed a competitor analysis, and created optimized content. Each month, our Project Manager provided in-depth updates, statistics, and progress charts regarding Deliverables.

A single key project manager handled our end of the project while a number of people on the team handled areas such as SEO strategy, content creation, etc.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Several of our main keyword phrases are ranking on pages 1-3 since implementing our local SEO efforts. The organic SEO campaign has also been generating quality leads consistently for us - about 10 per month. Among those in their industry, they stand out for their comprehensive knowledge. Communicating with them implies that they are super smart, but also down to earth. My thanks go out to them for teaching me so much and letting me put what I have learned into practice. It is so unique for companies to share insider tips and tricks that they are using themselves, and I appreciate their genuine willingness to help us out.

Communication about project updates or approving content is conducted via email. Every month, my boss, me, and our project manager meet over Zoom. This is a monthly meeting where we review progress from the previous month and important statistics are presented.

Their response to any questions or requests is very quick, and they always had a friendly and professional attitude. and The SEO India inc employees are super hard-working and are super awesome.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As for how I feel about everything so far, I'm so happy! In my opinion, they could improve by bringing in more creativity rather than just being so 'technical'.and thank you so much for SEO India inc to work very fast and reliable.

The nice thing about SEO India Inc is the transparency and reporting structure. they maintain every activity on the tracking sheet and share it with us weekly basis. We have bi-monthly calls to discuss SEO progress and any changes we want to make, etc. Project management is really what has set them apart in my eyes.

Transparency and management. They’re accountable to the SEO results, and they truly had our business’s best interest in mind.

SEO India is performing well when it comes to project management. They schedule their tasks and stick within our budget. They’re also good at communicating with us — they actively listen and implement what we need. Their team is open to any changes we want to make. 

They give us regular updates on how our customers are moving ahead. We collaborate through Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

What did you find most impressive about them?

SEO India’s affordable package is impressive. Their work is very good even though they're relatively new in the field. They also listen to us and do what we want.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there’s anything they need to do differently.

Communicate the goals you want to achieve — they listen and do what the client needs. They will give you the necessary conversions for your project.
