I’m the owner and founder of a small business consulting firm focusing on customer service excellence. We consult and train first-line employees to provide better customer service to end customers.

What challenge were you trying to address with SEO In Greece?

Up until 2018, we had no digital presence, so we decided to launch a website, and we sought SEO In Greece’s help to prepare the site for SEO.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SEO In Greece helped us with our on-site SEO. Initially, we defined how we would proceed with the project and discussed what I wanted to accomplish. Then, they explained how we would need to set up everything based on the keywords relevant to our activities. Additionally, they gave us instructions on how to use those keywords to write our content.

SEO In Greece also detailed the technical requirements we would need to consider for creating the website and making it SEO-friendly. Ultimately, another provider developed the website following the instructions we received from SEO In Greece. In addition to SEO consulting, SEO In Greece helped us set up our MailChimp and LinkedIn accounts.

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with Stephanos (Founder).

How did you come to work with SEO In Greece?

Stephanos and I met when we worked as external associates for another company. When I was looking for someone to help us with our SEO, I met with him and 2–3 other SEO professionals, and I decided to go with SEO In Greece.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around €2,000–€3,000 (approximately $2,000–$3,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked from September–October 2018; everything was completed in two months. Still, I keep in contact with them to this date, sending them emails occasionally whenever I need to ask them something.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

After implementing the instructions received from SEO In Greece and launching our site, we saw an increase in our business. We also asked our new customers how they had found us, and most of them said they had found either our site or our LinkedIn account.

At some point, I took a look at our Google Analytics and saw an upward trend in our Google search result positioning. Now, we’re in a very good position, appearing within the first 5–10 search results, depending on the keyword. This is a very successful result for a small company like ours.

How did SEO In Greece perform from a project management standpoint?

SEO In Greece’s project management was a big plus of working with them. They performed as well as they promised, and they were available all the time. Additionally, they met the deadlines they promised, and they were very professional. Whenever I had a question, I sent them an email and always got an answer. We also had in-person meetings and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

SEO In Greece did what they said they would do and provided us with great results; I got what I wanted. As for their qualities, SEO In Greece was dependable, effective, and helpful.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. I really enjoyed working with them.

For achieving high SERP for our website.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to be in Google 1st page for the most important keywords for our website.

How did you select this vendor?

We selected SEO In Greece based on referrals, as well as via an interview.

Describe the project in detail.

First of all, keyword analysis was conducted. Then the structure of the website was adjusted accordingly. Moreover the metadata (titles, meta descriptions, social meta tags were developed). Also, technical improvements were identified. Last but not least a link building roadmap was developed.

What was the team composition?

On behalf of SEO In Greece was Stephanos Economides and on behalf of my company was me and the website administrator.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We achieved all of our objectives, as a result, our website has achieved the highest visibility.

It was quite effective and pleasant as well.

No, we are quite satisfied with SEO In Greece collaboration
