We found this vendor on Google search, they were the number 1 position for SEO

We didn't understand SEO much, so they did all the work while we just reviewed the results. They did a lot of backlinks and technical SEO stuff.

Of course. We are now ranking on Page 1 of Google for our targeted search terms, specifically for our location.

They would call us, text us, and zoom call with us frequently to keep us updated. We really liked their communication and project management system. Felt like we were a priority.

The results were unmatched. We expected to rank on Google SERPs first page in six months but made it in three months.

I don't believe there is anything else they could have done better. We are continuing to work with them ongoing.

Our intention was to increase our rankings and ultimately increase our sales through SEO.

How did you select SEO Assistance and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor because we asked our Wix Account Manager for a recommendation, and he gave us their number. He told us Wix works with them and that they perform very well.

The scope of work was simple on our end. They would give u s a content strategy every month that consisted of instructions for several blog articles that we had to write. Basically, we wrote content while they did consistent keyword research and competitor analysis.

Of course, they also took care of our ON PAGE SEO and OFF PAGE SEO throughout the whole project.

We worked with Lucas & Patrick; they are the owners of the SEO agency. They never made us deal with anyone except themselves.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They always delivered reports and updates on time like on the dates they said they would. Results were always gradual and consistently improving across the board. Reports won’t copied and pasted or generated by tools, we could clearly see that they type it up themselves and created the reports extremely personalised to everything that aligns with our brand.

I’m not sure what project management system they used, but deliverables were always in time, and they gave us updates weekly about what they were doing. They also provided the monthly report, as well as a dashboard that we always had access to so we could see the results we’re getting at any time across the data we requested for.

They also made it very clear to us that their goals were always focus on keywords that were going to generate us sales, and they were very right about that.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive about the team is their work quality. The way they would help me understand things and would literally give me time of the day. They would join zoom calls with me, and screen share their screens and walk me through what they did. I really appreciated this. Even though I had no intention to learn SEO, it felt good that they were always available and willing to help me and interact with me.

They made a private chat room with myself, my team, and the two of them. So, it really felt like they were part of our team.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can think of. Overall, I’m very happy with both Patrick and Lucas, I know they both have their individual strengths but together they are a powerhouse, and I will continue to work with them. I don’t usually write reviews, but they asked me if I could and it’s the least we can do for them. Just like they grew our business, I would love this review to help them grow theirs!
