Lanka Communication Services (Pvt) Ltd. (LankaCom), a subsidiary of Singapore Telecom, the Leading Communications Group in Asia. We hired Senzmate to provide a solution to monitor environmental temperature and humidity.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were evaluating several solutions for mentioned requirement and found out the solution provided by Senzamate is easy to install and cost effective.

They created 3 sensor modules and configured them to collect data and store them in cloud database along with a web portal to view data and make necessary changes.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

The project was directly handled by COO. There were 2 engineers coordinated with us to make the necessary changes according to our requirement.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

This project is very useful for remote environmental monitoring and data analysis.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

All the communications were made through emails and phone calls. At first they presented a demo and then they were managed to deliver the solution on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their solution is affordable. Their support was very impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If they include features for this product such as water detection and power detection, it will add more value to this solution.
