We use the Sendios services to provide customer retention through email.

It was advised to us via a company we were both working with.

They provide us with all set of email retention services, advisory on potential improvements, and state-of-the-art approaches in testing new hypotheses.

Account managers are vital connectors to provide high-quality communication at all stages of our collaboration. In most cases, we were also in touch with their analytics and marketing departments to provide us with corresponding expertise.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have seen improvements in our customer retention by 30%+ after integration with Sendios. But what's even more important is the opportunity to "outsource" work on the majority of email tasks which were sometimes quite exhausting for our devs & design team

We have biweekly meetings with their account manager and (in most cases) marketing and analytics managers. That allows us to discuss all issues and ideas in detail and build actionable plans. Sendios are very open to using the most comfortable means of communication/collaboration for our company.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're impressed with their clear communication and honest compassion for our company's mission and goals, and desire to become better each day for their customers.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Sendios use the system of credits to track the task volumes they can accomplish for each company monthly. Sometimes it was easy to miss when we will get overboard and will need to pay a few extra hundred $ for the credits. Anyway, they have made considerable improvements in informing us where we are in our balance before starting to work on the bigger tasks, so it is much easier to track now.
