Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm the owner of an industrial cleaning application company. We have contracts to clean parking garages, gyms, and other businesses.

For what projects/services did your company hire SEMology LLC, and what were your goals?

We hired SEMology to build us a consumer friendly website that was easy to navigate and interactive. We needed a company we could rely on to build us a unique website, help boost our rankings on Google, and to manage our online presence.

How did you select SEMology LLC and what were the deciding factors?

SEMology went above and beyond and performed the task in half the time we were expecting. They built us a great website and we started to see improvements in our google rankings almost immediately. It has been months now and we are still seeing a climb in rankings and are almost to the top for a very budget friendly cost compared to most competitors.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We had an initial face-to-face meeting where we were presented with several options and routes we could take. We were presented with a good, better, and best type of offer. Once all options were chosen, the process began and SEMology was great about communicating and maintaining full transparency of where they were at in the process and even allowed to make small changes as we progressed until the website was completed.

How many people from the SEMology LLC team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were assigned a project manager who i was my main form of contact throughout the entire process and remains my single contact. I believe he had a small team of designers working under him to help push out the product quickly and efficiently.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site, we saw approximately a 60% increase in traffic. Pre-existing clients were now able to navigate our site more easily and submit special requests. There is now a better understanding of our services for new clients as well and an open line of communication for all as well.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

We had daily communication with our project manager, as stated before. We were updated on the progress as well as discussed improvements made to our original plan believed to help better the rankings as that was our main goal.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The amount of contact between our project manager and his team with myself was impeccable. There was never a reasonable time when I couldn't get in touch with the project manager regarding any changes or questions. Communication has always been a major deciding factor in whom i do business with and SEMology took that note and ran with it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At this time, i cannot think of any improvements they could make. I am truly pleased with their product and services. I will gladly continue to use them and refer other businesses to them.
