I'm Product Manager at a non-profit that builds open infrastructure for planetary resilience. Our open source software helps entities reduce emissions, account for climate actions and finance sustainability emissions.

For what projects/services did your company hire Seeds?

We needed to do a UX and UI discovery for a collaboration with the United Nations Climate Change secretariat. The project entailed the development of a platform with multiple dashboards for complex tasks. We needed to find an experienced Product Designer that had worked with complex workflows and had an analytical mindset.

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We tried looking for Product Designers with this set of skills out in the open but it was hard to source them and interview them to make sure they were the right fit. Seeds quickly helped us find someone who fit out specific criteria.

They provided a set of different candidates for us to review and then we selected 1 senior Product Designer to join our team for the duration of the project.

We first discussed our project needs and the type of role we were looking for with the Seeds team. They helped us refine the type of position we needed to fill in and prepared a short list of candidates which were already filtered by the specific criteria we had for the project. We interviewed the candidates and decided for the Product Designer that best fit.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

With their support we were able to do a really thorough product exploration in record time and find support and funding to continue the development.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were part of our remote team for the duration of the project.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed me the most was the speed and precision of finding the right people for the role.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The process was really smooth, but they could have prepared or help the candidate prepare a portfolio that was easier to explore.

We needed to develop a new programming schedule in which the sales forecast could automatically schedule the raw materials and supplies we may need to achieve it and to forecast dates of delivery.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

A program developed by us and co-designed with seeds in which adapts perfectly well to our ERP and helps a lot in submiting and assesing purchase and logistics departments in our needs of supplies.

We started focusing our needs, afrterwards, seeds shown us some people who could help and we build the strategy. This required a lot of effort in adapting our systems, our culture and processes into a brand new way of solving the situation. Te development was done in-house and seeds is still working with us because as we went developing, we realized new technologies were being demanded by users.

Yes, there is a lot of evidence, but is private because it belonges to the IT and programming needs which is a core activity for us.

Their way to solve problem without involving hiring people as a unique way to solve some specific challenge is good.

No, they done great.

Commercial director at iFLOW (www.iflow21.com). We provide supply chain solutions, mainly as a 4PL. Operations in Argentina and Latin America.

For what projects/services did your company hire Seeds?

As part of our expansion plan, we decided to explore US market for logistics and ecommerce potential solutions. Seeds helped us find a qualified professional with skills and know how to work as a Project Manager.

How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?

Seeds is growing fast and very professionally. I've been following them since more than 2 years, and as our project started, I had no doubts about selecting them as partners.

iFLOW's US deployment has 3-4 inniciatives running at the same time. Developing a 4PL with tech and backoffice assets, focusing in perishables and frozen products, providing imports, fulfillment and last mile delivery. Another inniciative is to develop an eCommerce platform in Miami, called Fresh to Home (www.f2h.shop) already established in Argentina. Third inniciative is CrossBorder ecommerce, where iFLOW will provide logistics solutions for Argentinean Sellers to manage their shipments into th US.

Seeds provided us a plug and play resource to help us manage these projects.
