A security assessment for eRecruitment Solutions that covered the following scope/subject:

Pentest of eRecruiter web applications (available for testing at  system.erecruiter.pl and auth.erecruiter.pl).

The base audit was carried out in August 2025 in accordance with generally accepted methodologies, including OWASP Top 10 and CWE/SANS Top 25 Software Errors as well as internal industry practices developed by Securitum. Security assessment was time-limited to 16,5 man-days. 

Retests conducted in December 2025.

We have managed to increase security in both hardware and server areas, as well as in software by testing web applications.

Our cooperation consists in particular in conducting penetration tests of the IT solutions we provide. Based on detailed requirements and Securitum's expert knowledge, we create test plans, which we implement together with local IT teams. During testing, Securitum utilises advanced manual testing methods and mechanisms and, if so decided, also performs automated tests. In addition, thanks to this cooperation, we verify the configuration of the IT environment in terms of security. This is one of the key IT processes, which is why we value the professionalism represented by Securitum.
 As a result, we receive a full report after the tests, including any detected weaknesses and their category. During the tests, if the supplier detects a critical vulnerability, we are immediately informed so that we can respond as quickly as possible.

Securitum conducted a comprehensive security assessment of the DLeasing web application, available at [URL]. The engagement focused exclusively on the defined target scope, limited to a single specified port, despite the presence of other accessible interfaces on different ports.

The penetration tests were carried out across three levels of user privileges:

Administrator
Advisor
Unauthenticated user

Securitum delivered a detailed security report summarizing all identified vulnerabilities, their severity, and recommendations for remediation. The most critical finding was a Denial of Service (DoS) vulnerability (SECURITUM-2416393-001).

Approach and Methodology:
The assessment followed industry-recognized methodologies such as OWASP Top 10 and, to a selected extent, OWASP ASVS, along with Securitum’s internal security testing procedures. Both automated and manual testing techniques were applied to ensure thorough coverage. The team used professional-grade tools including Burp Suite Professional, ffuf, and ssltest.sh.

Particular emphasis was placed on identifying vulnerabilities that could negatively affect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of processed data.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

he security assessment conducted by Securitum resulted in the identification of several vulnerabilities of varying severity, including one high-risk issue (Denial of Service) and multiple low-risk findings related to TLS configuration, HTML injection, and authorization flaws.

All reported vulnerabilities were successfully remediated following the assessment, and a subsequent internal verification confirmed that the identified security gaps had been resolved.

As a result, the overall security posture of the DLeasing web application significantly improved — particularly in terms of system stability, user data protection, and compliance with best security practices.
