Please describe your company and your position there.
I work for KeyToTech as a recruiter. Cytotec is a software development company based in Lviv, Ukraine. My key responsibilities include new employees' search, conducting HR interviews, arranging technical interviews with candidates and progress reviews with current employees, onboarding process, and other processes related to the company welfare.

We had a lot of open vacancies and a great need for new developers. So we decided to search for external services able to help our internal recruitment team.

Our main goal was to find the best candidates to fill the open positions.

After we sent the Search&Qualify team our job descriptions and discussed our priorities, they started looking for the best candidates. Their team was responsible for resume reviews, HR interviews (including soft skills and English level), and technical interviews. Then we received their feedback on the selected candidates and had to approve the right one for us.
What was the team composition?
Their hr-manager communicates with our hr-team and provides all the information related to the recruitment process. On their side, there are people responsible for every stage of the process.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
We filled three highly important positions with the help of Search&Qualify. The selected candidates met all our requirements, so we are truly satisfied with this engagement.

Their team is very professional and aims at finding the most suitable candidates for each position. They really care about what they do and are very responsible. The communication process is on a great level. Whenever we had any questions, they were ready to answer them properly and quickly.
