What specific goals or objectives did you hire Search to Sale to accomplish?

We hired Search to Sale to manage our Reddit presence and improve how often we get mentioned in AI search results. The goals were to build credibility in career and job search subreddits, get recommended in relevant threads, and monitor how ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews were responding to resume-related prompts so we could increase our share of citations.

I'd prefer not to disclose specific results. The engagement gave us a clearer picture of how our company shows up in Reddit discussions and AI search answers, and informed how we approach these channels now.

Yes, they delivered on time. Communication was mostly over email and on slack and they were responsive when I had questions or requests. Reporting arrived on schedule throughout the engagement.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their focus on the link between Reddit and AI search. Most agencies treat Reddit as just another social channel. Search to Sale approached it as a source that ChatGPT and Google AI Overviews pull from, which matched how we think about it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Search to Sale could have done differently?

I would have liked them to be more hands-on with execution. A lot of time went into proposing new ideas, and we ended up doing much of the actual work ourselves. I'd have preferred fewer ideas and more of the agreed work delivered by their team.

Search to Sale has led a segmentation and messaging exercise with our team that has produced a clear set of core positioning themes and audience-specific messaging to guide website content edits and updates. They've also analyzed where key customer segments spend time online and delivered a channel validation brief to inform distribution and media strategy. Moreover, Search to Sale has provided a UX and conversion playbook with prioritized recommendations and review sessions to support implementation and refinement to the website. The team has advised us on keyword-to-page SEO strategy and technical SEO improvements. With ongoing monthly meetings, we collaborate on planning and optimizing individual pages (blogs, core site pages, and landing pages), with work scoped per page.
