We needed a website revision. We also needed to make new websites for construction projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Scrollmate built our WordPress websites. We initially provided them with the content and information for each site. They developed basic corporate websites with an about page and a contact page. Additionally, they arranged everything for web hosting.

We worked with the owner/director and the web designer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Scrollmate improved the navigation and functionality of the websites. People were happy with them; the sites were very user-friendly.

How did Scrollmate perform from a project management standpoint?

They didn’t always meet deadlines, but the project management was decent. We communicated via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had excellent pricing, and their communication was fast. As a small company, we worked directly with the owner.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They lacked technical expertise. They could also improve on meeting deadlines.

Set deadlines and make sure they’re aligned with your expectations.
