Concept and scriptwriting done by my team with Storyboarding, illustration, animation, voiceover and editing done by the vendor.

Abraham in the early stages and Marlon once the project began. Marlon provided a proof at each stage asking for feedback, I provided concise feedback after reviewing with my team, we did that loop a few times then got our finished result which was excellent.

So far, our explainer video is one of our highest performing pieces of content on social media and our enterprise clients have expressed how easy it makes it to understand the product.

We wanted to make a short video to help our prospect clients understand part of our onboarding process. We have a marketing team that manage our social media but did not have the special skillset to make an animation video.

We found them in an Instagram ad. They offered the exact video style we were looking for at a good price.

Started with an email form to collect our company info. An account manager reached out to us to review the details of our project, budget, and timeline. They offered to help write the script. We had one written already. They sent us our invoice. After we paid online, they produced a storyboard of a set of images to represent the script. They gave us a set of people to review for voice-over. Once we approved the visual and audio, they made the final version of our video. Once the final version was approved they sent us our video files.

1 person worked with us. He was our Project Director.

Our new video really helped our clients understand our process. This led to fewer questions to increase our deal velocity.

Very efficient. Multiple emails going back and forth same-day. Quick turnaround time for drafts too.

Allen stepped up after they terminated the prior project manager, and he completed the 2d animation and gave our company an additional 10 seconds. I would say this company was an excellent asset to the organization. We are planning to do a info graphic project in the future.

Nothing at this time. They are awesome.

What advice do you have for clients with similar needs to yours?
Ask for Allen, he has great listening skills and treats you like he is part of your company. He takes his position very seriously. He always keep you updated on the project. Even after hours he calls. Give this company a try.

I've only been in touch with Mr. Samuels. His team was on point, and the communication lines were always open, quickly responding within 24 hours. This is great! Communication is key is any relationship!
