I’m the executive assistant to the CEO at OMNI STRATEGIES, an IT services company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Scolptre?

We needed someone to provide brand services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Scolptre redid our entire brand identity. First, they gave us a questionnaire to better understand what we wanted in terms of our logo, color scheme, and vision. Using this information, they presented us with logo designs for us to choose from. Then, Scolptre helped us design and print calendars and corporate gifts.

My team communicated directly with the CEO.

We did a background check and found them credible.

What is the status of this engagement?

My company worked with Scolptre from May 2018­­–May 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don’t regret hiring Scolptre; they did the job perfectly. After they gave us a new identity, we submitted our documents in a project bid. The client said that our brand stood out amongst the other companies that bid.

How did Scolptre perform from a project management standpoint?

Scolptre adhered to our requirements and gave us regular progress reports. My team provided feedback on their designs, and they made changes accordingly. They maintained constant communication.   

What did you find most impressive about them?

We really liked their choice of colors.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should market their services more so that the world can see what they can do. Everything they did for us was great.
