The system's main features include R&D of a solution approach, system architecture design, backend development, development and training of video analysis models for identifying advertising integrations, interface design and implementation, and deployment and support.For this project, we acted as product owners, determining how the system should work, what functions it should have, and how to implement it. Sciforce has designed and programmed the system.

The project covered several important areas for us. SciForce started by reviewing our existing backend setup, data workflows, and infrastructure to identify where the biggest technical bottlenecks were.

From there, they helped us improve backend services, clean up some of our API logic, and make our internal data handling more reliable. They also supported us with AI-related workflow improvements, which helped us automate parts of our operations in a way that was actually useful and easy to integrate into the product.

They also worked on our cloud and deployment processes, which made releases much smoother and less stressful for our internal team.

I also appreciated that their AI knowledge felt realistic and useful. They focused on solutions that could actually work in a product environment instead of overcomplicating things.

Overall, we had a very positive experience.

If I had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be around documentation during the busiest parts of the project. They did provide what we needed, but having a few more structured progress summaries during implementation would have made internal tracking a bit easier on our side.

That said, whenever we asked for clarification or extra detail, they were always quick to provide it.
