Schaefer Operations was brought in to create and enhance our Microsoft 365 security environment. They helped us roll out Microsoft Intune and Defender for Endpoint, which gave us better control over our endpoints and greater visibility into potential threats. Beyond the tools, they customized policies that reflected both industry standards and our unique operating model.

They introduced structured workflows for alerting, response, and access control. When incidents occurred, they worked alongside our IT staff to investigate and resolve them quickly. Their involvement felt less like a vendor-client arrangement and more like a trusted consultant embedded in our day-to-day operations.

I engaged Schaefer Operations to provide managed security services for my Microsoft 365 environment. They deployed and configured Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint to strengthen our device management and threat protection capabilities. Their team applied a combination of Microsoft security baselines and custom policies aligned with best practices for endpoint detection and response, vulnerability management, and attack surface reduction. They also configured role-assignable security groups to enforce appropriate access controls. In addition to building out alerting workflows, Schaefer Operations supported our team with incident response by assisting in alert triage, threat investigation, and response coordination. Throughout the engagement, their communication and execution were timely, professional, and highly effective.
