100% of MVP modules delivered and tested — including authentication, document upload/embedding, GPT chat, document management, token tracking, and admin panel.
UAT pass rate > 90% on critical test cases (authentication, document management, context embedding, token usage enforcement). 
System successfully processed multiple document formats (PDF, Word, Excel) up to 10MB with accurate text extraction and embeddings.
Secure data isolation verified — all user-uploaded files and conversations were private, with no cross-user data leakage in UAT.
Token usage tracking validated — caps enforced per user, with clear notifications on quota breaches.
Deployment readiness — the application was deployed in a staging/UAT environment that mirrored production, including SMTP integration, secure storage, and GPT API connectivity

This allowed members to schedule sessions with our highly technical policies, see results, set goals, follow nutrition courses we have created, and perform workouts digitally.
