I’m the marketing lead of EdisonOS, an edtech company. We provide a digital testing platform for tutoring businesses, offering realistic test environments, expert-developed questions, and detailed analytics to improve student outcomes and streamline standardized test preparation.

As a growing company, our main goals were to improve the visibility of our digital testing platform in the market and generate qualified leads. We partnered with ScaleTheory AI to strengthen our online presence, increase brand awareness, and support business growth through deal generation.

ScaleTheory AI handles the complete organic growth engagement for our digital testing platform, covering research, content strategy, content creation, SEO optimization, and implementation. Their work mainly focuses on improving online visibility, increasing organic traffic, and supporting lead generation efforts.

Regarding deliverables, ScaleTheory AI provides keyword and market research, content strategy, blog creation, landing page development and optimization, technical SEO audits, on-page SEO improvements, content updates, and implementation support.

Although our engagement with ScaleTheory AI is ongoing, we’ve already started seeing positive progress. Key outcomes include improved organic visibility, growth in keyword rankings, increased organic traffic, and a stronger content foundation for long-term growth. We’ve also seen an increase in qualified inquiries and opportunities generated through organic channels.

Since partnering with ScaleTheory AI, we’ve seen significant improvements in our organic growth metrics. The SEO share of our pipeline has increased from 36% to 100% over 18 months, demonstrating the growing impact of organic search on our business. We’ve also achieved a 4x year-over-year increase in demos generated through organic search.
