Our Story
S&B Private began as the offshore team behind the founders' own Melbourne accounting practice. David Buff and Wei Shiek refined the model there over several years before offering it to other firms. We place dedicated, full-time accountants into Australian accounting firms and in-house finance teams: recruited and trained in Sri Lanka, benchmarked against Australian accountants, with weekly training in Australian tax and compliance. We handle recruitment, training, HR and IT; you direct the work.
