What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Completely moved off of the old tech stack and moved it to AWS/Cloud Computing. Developed the new architecture to be modular and based on usage so we no longer had expensive systems running at 10% utilization. Reducing our operating costs and providing our ability to expand and contract our system based on volume was a game changer.

They were always on time and had a really good communication plan and agility approach so that changes and requirements modification were inserted into the sprint plans and the impacts of timelines and budgets were understood clearly up front and not at the delivery end of the work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Alignment to our business strategy, great technologists. But they could engage with the business leaders and contribute at the strategy level and not get bogged down with technical details that the business didn't understand. Plus they fit in seamlessly with our existing teams and complimented their skills.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CronoSolv could have done differently?

The only challenge I see is they are limited in how many jobs they can do at a time and so they are often booked early and it is hard to get on their calendars at time.
