• Sark had a unique way of communication and communication. They used an online notebook which allows us to upload content in files as well and their entire team had access to it thus removing need of any calls or personalized emails.
• Their delivery of services was continuous and on time. Since we were releasing an episode every friday delays cannot be afforded.

Experience of SARK in promotion of healthcare services made us sure that we will not have to dedicate much of time with them as they already understand this field

After initial chats through their website, we fixed an online meeting and as assumed by us they had a ready plan to kill our competition. we took just one meeting to finalize them. We decided on reworking the entire website and they also offered to develop a lot of content in urdu.

3 of them are in touch with us and we meet online once a month. One of them is a medical service specialist and two are SEO experts

An average daily traffic of 300 was hitting our website and we now see it has risen to above 1100 per day which is inline with our competitors. Also the footfall of patients has grown by around 45%.

The are using an Adobe system probably to submit the images, and videos they create for approval. Rest of the time we engage on microsoft teams.
