The project manager is very polite and well-experienced in the process of development. He reviewed the Scope of Work document which was developed by the team only, then curated the development strategy and defined different milestones. He managed the whole team and checked for updates daily. They used Google Sheets to plan and manage all tasks for resources within hours. The project manager and team worked beyond our expectations, completed each task within the given timeline, and delivered the app build to test as planned.
